Not sure where this should be pricewise but based on ebay this seems pretty fair. This doesnt seem to have any offroadish wear and based on the kickstand, I'm going to guess it's never been offroad. I swapped the torn seat and the plastic pedals out for some specialized from my parts bin. I don't see a size sticker but I'd guess its a medium.

kind of, bicycleblue book values it at under $90 for excellent condition, which yours appears to be
also not many here would be interested in the 26" tires and rim brakes. 26" adult bikes are no longer being sold and disc brakes are the staple.
I few options you have are:
1) lower the price
2) list on Craigslist
3) donate (depending where you live, we can make recommendations)
