Slipping Saddle

Does anyone know a good fix to keep a saddle from sliding back in the clamp? I have an old gravity dropper post, and after a couple rides the saddle always ends up sliding all the way back. I won't dare to tighten the bolts any more....

@Ryan.P ’s suggestion that cured slipping bars on my townie:
200 grit sandpaper wrapped around the rails under the clamp.
Grit side on the rails.

Would friction paste work? I'm talking about the stuff used to secure carbon handlebars to the stem so they don't slip.
