Riding near Pittsburgh?

I was planning to go to Pitt to pick up Jamie from college today but he got a ride home over the weekend.
Anyway, you drive past the State College area on the way out, this is a good opportunity to stop and ride Raystown or Rothrock. Its roughly a 6hr trek to Pittsburgh, a mtb stop is a nice way to break up the ride. I would lean toward Raystown since its easier to navigate and very fast flowey trails. From there Pittsburgh is only 2 hrs away. Pittsburgh itself has trails not far from the city worth checking out, although I never have its on my list.

If up North, head to North Park, tons of trails, all pretty fun (http://trailpittsburgh.org/north-park/) - also, the boat house in the park used to have a bicycle themed bar called Over the Bar, big beer selection, perfect for apres- ride.
