I've only ridden there once but I get the vibe that it doesn't get muddy.

I've talked to the guys that built the trails and they say ride anytime, any weather, 24/7. They literally never close.

I rode there last weekend. For example Wayway last saturday was under water, Port jervis was essentially dry.
