Pine Hill Fat Fest

Awesome time up in VT today at the Pine Hill Fat Fest. These guys threw a great low key event with a mix of groomed goodness and non groomed tech. 2 lake rides as a bonus. Highly recommend it for next year.

You should try to eat dinner at Roots while there.

Or try Taso, new place in town. Literally 10 days old now. Near the Paramount Theater.

@Norm Yep been going to Roots every time I’m up. They recently moved to a bigger place but still excellent food. Thanks for tip on Taso, did not know about that. Will have to try next time!

Yeah we actually had an Airbnb last weekend that was above the old location. We had gone last fall to the old place, then last week to the new place. Food is as good as ever.

Taso was recommended to us by a guy on a chairlift. He also likes Roots so I added it to my travel map (where I keep this kind of crap) for next time. We seem to end up in Rutland at least once a year.
