Just reminding everyone that the park closes at 6 pm starting Nov 4. Please make sure that your cars are not parked in park lots after 6:00 pm. Park police will lock gates at 6, so if you do not want to be locked in, have cars out before 6:00. If you think you may run late, park at Ryerson or top of Skyline to avoid this situation.
Also bow hunting is underway. Small game starts Nov 9. So expect to see hunters in the woods and dress accordingly. No hunting in state parks on Sundays. Deer firearm is Dec 9-14. Parks are still open, but you will see many hunters that week. I would recommend riding in a county park that week if possible.
