People missed perfect conditions today people tell me they were perfect, the best, I'll tell you this is the greatest ride ever, it made biking great again.


So where's this thread to post today's wounds?

You wouldn't be able to say that if you slept in!!!!


I thought you were climbing faster than our other rides so it isn't like you weren't pushing your self so I hope this is a sign of good things to come.
 
Lew Mo race course is in excellent condition for tomorrow! Very little moisture and hero dirt and roots. Should be good.

Prob still need it on humid days but def big improvement

Start drinking now..., you need to be super hydrated a couple days BEFORE you go out and due a major effort. It’s not possible to catch up, day of. Just say’n.
