I was there at TOS two days ago and there were cars bumper to bumper along the side of the road on the parking lot side.....maybe they just don't enforce it??

Were the signs up already? Maybe they got tired of the overflowing parking lot, even though I don't remember ever causing any traffic problems for the time I've lived here.

13.5 hour time limit. I think you could walk half of it and be fine.

I had 4 flats, and also needed to find a LBS near Belmar for a spare
Afterwards I found the tire had a broken bead, would that have attributed to the multiple flats?

All tools are accounted for, including the elusive Hope bb wrench (note to self to take into account need for specific tools when evaluating the price of components). I have already built two bikes from the bare frame up so all tools had been previously provisioned.
