Instead of "any ride below 25 degrees" (bright line) make it up to you and pat of when you guys think it's cold enough to drop the bonus. If we have a mild winter and get one day of single digits, hit the button. If we have a cold winter where 20-something is the norm, maybe the button wouldn't ever get hit.


I always like @Arwen's Mom idea of bonus points for riding with other people. It will totally work against me since most of my rides are early morning solo adventures but I like it.
