Nextie Tubeless Tape

Building a set of Black Eagle II's for my wife and they came with valves/tape for tubeless...... but the tape doesn't go all the way to the beads. Anyone have experience with this? Every wheel i've setup tubeless had tape bead to bead. If they were my wheels i'd give it a shot, but i'm hesitant to experiment on the wife's ride. At the same time I'd also hate to add unnecessary weight to her "light" wheelset...

Thanks guys... kind of what i figured but appreciate the reassurance. Having both sides of the tape exposed to sealant didn't sit well with me, but will give it a shot. :hugs:

This is what i have been using for the last few years. It can be had at any box store for 5 to 10 bucks. It stretches, light and it holds its seal like a boss. Can be had in 1" also. I tried tyvek tape which works also but value and over all characteristics make the frost king tape a no brainer.
