"New" XMAS Tree

Several years ago there was a sad, deer eaten, hemlock tree that folks (me included) would decorate with a bauble or two.. and un-decorate after the holidays.

The Charley Brown Tree.... Sadly it died after the deer had dinner one too many times.
Sooooo I felt compelled to locate a new tree!

Find the new one and leave a bauble or two for the holiday season!
Hint- Its a Holly tree (deer won't eat it) not too far from the original.

which park is this? Deer by me love holly, seems like the only plants they won't touch are boxwoods and barberries
