Need a Basic, Kid's Friendly Allaire Loop

Bringing the 5 man squad down to Allaire tomorrow and we need a basic, 5-9 year old friendly loop of about 6-7 miles. We did the Six Mile tour of the Canal side and nobody died, though we skipped the last section with the ups & downs along the stream.

If someone has a course or would like to join us (with their kids) and show us around tomorrow mid-afternoon, that would be great. But we'll settle for a map of some sort or a GPS loop.
