52cm seat tube
55cm top tube
Both 'effective' measurements, not actual.
The fork is a generic Tange fork, nothing special. There is a 25.4 to 22.2 shim for a stem.
100/130 spacing, easily expanded to 135 using a special lever made from fine pine.
Frame comes as pictured with seatpost, binder clamp, front derailleur, and brakes. I'll include new canti pads. Full disclosure, the headset is a mutt, a threadless 1-1/8 Cane Creek 40, using a clamp on cantilever stop to lock the preload in. Works good.
$100 and it's yours. Pickup in Monmouth County.
