You won't find much info on this bike on the Internet, so let me tell you what I know about it. The frame and fork were hand built by Alberto Masi (son of Faliero Masi). You can read a bit about the Masi history here:

In the US the Masi name was sold to Haro and since the Masi family couldn't use the name anymore in the US, he branded his hand-made steel bikes as Milano 3V. Their web site doesn't exist anymore but you can find it on web archives:

Some chatter about it on the forums:

My guess is that my frame was made in the late 1990s or early 2000s and the frame/fork combo would have been about $1500 new. I don't know much about frame building, but I think it was meant to be a race-y geometry, at the same time it's very comfortable on long rides.
Frame: Superlegerro with Tubi Excell tubing (French) measures 52cm from center of top tube to center of BB, top tube measures about 53.5cm

Wheels: Velocity A23 laced to bike hub store hubs. Not blingy but functional and light.
Tires: Michelin Pro 4
Cranks: FSA SLK carbon standard gearing
Chainrings & Cassette: Ultegra
Brakes: Ultegra
Saddle: Brooks B17 in blue
Seatpost: generic
Headset: Cane Creek
Stem: Tompson X2 100mm

As you can see from the photos, the paint has lots of chips. I couldn't find any dents. Come take a look!
