Liberty State Park Cyclocross Practice - Thursdays at 6:30 PM!

Fun time tonight, sprinkles made their first appearance in Liberty State Park. @1sh0t1b33r was there complaining about how the barriers were too high.

We're back at it again this Thursday at 6:30 PM. I'll be sharing some of the things I learned at the Cylce-Smart cross camp over the weekend. We'll work on some skills, likely mounting and dismounting, then hit some hot laps.

We had a good group last night and even had a @Supermoto sighting on a fat bike. I broke your barriers @The Squirrel. Haven't decided if I should fix them or throw them in the Hudson.

We had our biggest group yet last night! We sessioned the single-track section a bunch and got some expert pointers of how to avoid being a Jerry from @Consult_Ant.

Next week we'll move to 6:15 PM to get some more time before the sun goes down.

This week's LSPCX will be the bell lap for 2017. Last one of the year!
