Intermediate ladies ride at Sterling on Wednesday July 11 at 10am.

The trails are not as rough as Ringwood, but are hilly and designed for riders with some flow experience. So no first timers please. Plan on 2 hours in the woods.

Meet at Southgate Lot at 10:00 and be ready to roll by 10:15. :)
