Starting my somewhat silent prep for the winter race season. I've wanted to do this for a while but was afraid to butcher an S-Works. Now it's old enough that IDGAF.

I'm planning on also doing bottle mounts on the fork and another one on the top tube for the JerryCan. Then stripping and painting the frame. More than likely primer brown, because, it's kinda my thing.

Here's a couple pre-sanding shots of the bad spots. One of the main reasons to sand the frame down to bare carbon is to check for structural damage. Which despite being pretty banged up, there isn't.

Keep an eye on that frame. We had to warranty one that somehow was splitting lengthwise down the TT right where you drilled the first two holes.
