Indent in rim

Pics? I would go with it if no cracks. I bought my bike used with a fairly substantial dent in the rim and have been running tubeless for over 5 years with no issues.

I believe Stans makes a tool that straightens bent rims...or they did at one time. It's better then an adjustable because it's a more positive fit on the rim when bending it back into place. Some bike shops my have such a tool.

Having a history of buying used bikes from questionable sources, I will +1 the crescent wrench for the job.
A specialized tool might be better, but I've had good results.

I have one of the wrenches and if you'd like to travel to Brick I'd be happy to straighten it out for you. Pm me if interested. You can come by we can get the dent out and I'm only a couple of minutes from allaire so you can go for a ride after
