The hub only says Formula, I measure the frame space is 135mm.

I've got a few of those pattern rims floating around if you want to try rebuilding them.

Thanks, but I'm not that smart, to rebuild a wheel. It looks like I can buy a new one for about $80.
and all I have to do is swap the cassette. That I think I can do. Thanks again.

This looks like it for $53 (w/free shipping). It doesn't say Formula, but its Weinmann. It matches the wheel diameter and width you mentioned. 8 speed, Shimano free-hub. 135mm per your measurement. 36 hole. Quick release. Even has the same gauge spokes and seems to be the same color (black w/silver braking surface).
