Long for a double crank. Small may not take up enough slack from the chain jump.

Rough measurement seems to indicate roughly 70mm pulley to pulley on my setup. I think that's a medium. @Dictatorsaurus could you check on this?

Short cage: 55mm
Med cage: 75mm
Long cage: 95mm

Generally short cage for 1x, med cage for 2x, long cage for 3x.

In your case a medium or long would work
