Day #7 - 2 rides. The second one my Strava App cut out the woods and only got my to/from...Which was an hour anyhoo so it's irrelevant.

Day 7 - Wanted to jump my bike for free, so headed out to Trexler. Sure hope they get to rebuild the burnt trail. I do have fun here!!

Day 7 - Went to NYC today to watch the England World Cup game at Flannerys on 14th Street. Went in a couple hours early and hit Lower Manhattan to the Brooklyn Bridge and back over the Manhattan Bridge. Included a quickly edited video compressing the ride from 1:40 to 6 minutes. EDIT: Added a "Take 2" on the video. Still learning about editing and overdid the fast forward effect to squeeze in more of the ride. Slowed it down and cut out some footage. Is this second version tolerable?

I had no where to ride safely so I went to the park and left once cops showed up left and went to the closest parking lot with no security and road round and round. To break up the boringness I stared to move shopping carts around and tested my self on stairs, I'm still scared of stairs.

Day 8 - LewMo...cool temps in the 40’s, nice ride starting in the dark and through a glorious sunrise...

Day 8. It was almost cold this morning which had me thinking about adding a layer. Glad I didn’t as it warmed up quick. Rode through Assunpink. Everybody and their brother was out on the lake this morning I don’t think their was an open spot in the parking lot

Day 8 in the books, a bit too early as you can see. Had to break out the long sleeves too, but I can't honestly complain about that. I was hoping to go a little longer but had to cut it short per the other goal. Need to step it up and get some longer rides.

Day 8 and a nice cool morning. First thing I saw a bob cat run across the trail.
Further on I saw two deer, too fast for a photo. Next on Wingdam two more
deer that weren't camera shy.

Lots of people out today enjoying the Hunterdon County roads. I guess the Tour de Plateau was happening. Stopped mid-ride in Frenchtown for an ice coffee.

Tour de friends and family with Mrs Manic.
It's our short local loop that passes by 2 of her 3 siblings, her mom's place and 3 of our friends.

Always love spending time on two wheels with her, even though she's too small for me to draft behind her, and she doesn't call out shit.

I found this on the side of the road and took the opportunity to explain to her the place of "Cheeseburger" in the group ride lexicon.

Is that just a local thing?
Like is it "Cheesesteak jawn" down by philly?
