no. i am new to racing and just got a license; was hoping to build points. I know the last race required a license and was just curious why this event was different.
Its up to each race promoter if they want to require a license.

Ringwood was a USA cycling race. MTBNJ is not. You won't get any USA cycling points from us!

How does this course compare to Ringwood? I'm thinking about doing the endurance race again but I'm not sure if I feel that stupid.
The climbs and descents are more gradual for the most part. There's actually some flat single track unlike ringwood. Still not easy, but I think it's a more friendly endurance loop.
