if anyone wants to still meet up and ride up the service road in the back and link into the henry hudson trail then post up here or PM me... plenty of dirt roads to link as well

I think different people have different ideas of what defines "fine"

I think sometimes we get too caught up in the "trail shaming"and only look to ride trails in ideal conditions. If we always waited for perfect trail conditions non of us would ever ride. Hartshorn drains very well, your not gonna do any trail damage there trust me..

I heard the opposite from a buddy who went there this morning, so I rode Allaire instead.
See now I find some of the low lying sections of Aillaire are way worse after rain than the lowest one or 2 sections of Hartshorn. I find that the higher elevation you see in Hartshorn drains all the water down hill much better obviously..
