Grand Parade Trail

When looking at a map of Lewis Morris, there is a loop called grand parade trail that seems to leave the park and then loop back. Does anyone have any information on this trail? Are bikes allowed on it? is it worth an exploration? any description of the trail, and where to find the beginning of it in the park would be swell.

That orange trail is not open to bikes. Oddly, absolutely nobody I have ever asked goes over to that side. Some say they are pretty hard on people who do bike there but my guess is that it sucks and nobody bothers.

The Grand Parade trail is really part of Jockey Hollow National Park (adjacent to LewMo). No bikes allowed on trails in National Parks.
