Bummer, that was my assumption. What about PA/NY? Looking for any justification to pull the trigger...

It’s all about how bad you want it. I’d join one of the oof road clubs in NJ. In no time at all you will find lots of places to ride and people to ride with.

Friends 85 ninja 600r. He used to have a few of them, some super pristine. He was a fanatic for the older xr's, Honda 250r's and his ninjas.

That’s an ‘85? Wow! that’s in good shape. Thought it was a mid-2000.

I was debating picking up a ninja 250 and putting it through a blue collar bobber kit for a summer project.

Got another project. This one is in much better shape than the last. 1971 Honda CB350. Runs great. Carb rebuilt. Just needs a little clutch work, new front brake to be totally road worthy. I have plans for some customizing but I’m not gonna cafe it. Just might modernize the lights, front brake and do something with the exhaust. That and polish the engine so it’s brandy new looking. Chrome is in pretty nice shape for being almost 50 years old.

The weather has been kind for riding (except for today’s rain!)

I finished my CB earlier this month and have been getting in weekend rides. Just had another issue pop up last ride. Tail light went out and blinkers stopped blinking (they hold steady vs blink). I didn’t have enough juice in the battery to flip the relay.

I'm still on the hunt for something different. Ive taken a liking to the BMW F800r, but i think i really want the Kawi Z900.
