Agreed, completely unjustified (other than by utter incompetence). Yes, that would have been #1.
Then I crashed on a rock garden and hit my knee, and that would have been #2.
The one on the bridge that Tom saw in person (and tried to take a picture of) and you were right in front of, I have to agree that the aftermath was rather spectacular, I couldn't tell the difference between my limbs and the bike. But other than getting my right side wet no animal was hurt while filming that scene...
