I've been riding this bike for year with drop bars and SRAM group and was pretty happy to make >3K miles on it. However the upgrade bug took over and I moved components to my new Niner RTL frame. So Alu frame, carbon fork, crank and tubeless wheels are from the original setup with 3K miles but they are still in very good shape. All drive-train including rings and hydro brakes are completely new - they are from 9 speed Shimano Sora line. Sora shifts really well (as good as 9speed XT). Both tires have plenty of tread (Clement USH 120tpi 35c front and Wtb Slick 32c rear). SKS Long board fenders keep your feet and the bottom bracket dry in very shitty conditions.

price reduction - $25
$50 off for the bike with aluminum bar/ seatpost instead of carbon
$175 off for the bike w/0 wheels
I can help with converting this setup back to drop bar for free if you bring Sora 2x9 drop bar shifters or Apex 2x10 - i still have used apex front/rear derailleurs and new pair of road avid bb5 brakes in my toolbox.

I changed my mind after riding my new bike in crappy conditions. New shorter fenders do not work as good as old ones. SKS Long board fenders are superior to anything else with one small flaw - they easily catch gravel so quite noisy on canal path. This one will be converted back to drop bars and will serve as a dedicated rain bike
