Pretty much brand new.
I mounted cleats and put clipless pedals on my bike and tried them in my apartment.(not riding around just trying to clip in and out)Got stuck in the pedals and busted my ass.
So these are for sale. And I'm sticking to my flat pedals.
Only worn for like 5 minutes around the house and on the bike for about a minute.

Everyone does this at first. Adjust pedals to less tension and ride around on grass while practicing unclipping.
Give it a chance, after a few rides it will be 2nd nature.
