I use the same water bottle for my herbal tea (cold) every day, and yeah wash it once a week. I figure the bacteria just boosts my vit b12 and immune system.

I use 2 mugs every day, sometimes 3, but sometimes they get reused the next day without a wash, especially if they have tea left in them, just add more

I treated myself to a new mug:

Disinfecting all the mugs from the bathrooms and desks is a daunting task .. I end up always using the same one.

damn, i use the same cup every day, and only wash it 1x per week.

I wash my work cup like once a month.... I just consider it well seasoned like an old cast iron skillet...
