You could try this app:
RecorderHQ - Audio recorder for cloud drive by SHENG TA TSAI
It has an option to post to Google Drive, Dropbox, etc...
I suspect it will be difficult if not impossible to embed the audio but you can at least share the cloud drive url.
I'm swamped right now so don't have much time to experiment.
There is also this app:
AudioShare - audio document manager by Kymatica (Jonatan Liljedahl)
It allows upload to SoundCloud which audio files can presumably be embedded in Xenforo with a pre-existing plugin.
