I'm trying to finish my house in anticipation of moving in but the wife says I'm out of time so I need to quit the DIY and write some checks ASAP. But I'm tired of dealing with guys who show up only to never come back. Here's what I'm looking for:
Installing 3 pre-hung doors.
The majority of the house still needs trim installed. Approximately 8 doorways, 12 windows, 1 staircase, and base molding throughout.
Guest bathroom also needs to be finished as the original contractor tiled the shower and floor and has yet to come back. All that's left is to hang a floating vanity, set toilet, molding, faucets, light fixture, etc.
