Caution tape left at all trail entrances

So this year the deer hunt just started and just as every other year. Thursday mornings after the deer hunters leave there is yellow caution tape cut and just left on the ground and every single trail entrance. Im not sure if it is the local cops or county park commission who are in charge but does anyone (maybe the members who run the TMs) who have a contact who we can reach out to to respectfully ask them to clean up after themselves?

Maybe they re-use it next week to close the trail. As long as its cleaned up when the deer hunts are over and not left to blow around on the trails thats fine. The county park rangers or county cops are most likely responsible for the tape.
