carfax by VIN $20

bringing it back!
BaT pretty much requires a recent carfax so I need to run one for the e46. Anyone need one and I'll buy the package and share at cost! Let me know ASAP
(Which is kind of dumb, BaT should just have a contract with carfax.)
 
What does it cost a dealer to provide a CARFAX? I always wonder when looking at listings if they are trying to hide something by not just having a free CARFAX report.

do they credit you back for reporting service/repair reports?
Change of ownership reports? (or is that a government feed?)
or are you a pure dealer/no service?

No service just a car dealer. DMV reports change of ownership.

Some dealers use AutoCheck it's pretty much the same and half the price. CarFax just has a good reputation so I'm forced to use it. A few years ago they had a cycling team which was pretty cool.
