I liked my '87 better.

I was at a dealer yesterday. Saw the new Kia Stinger. Something is just wrong when Kia's are now $50k.

i agree, thats alot of money for a car thats gonna start falling apart as soon as the warranty is over, but yet people are still buying them . . .

Haha that was at the outrigger station for over/understeer. Didn't wreck the car! Got lapped by a guy in our class who tracks a lot. The instructor ride at the end was amazing.

When I took the Ford class it was for my Focus ST and I added on the Mustang day. They were the race-prepped S550 Coyotes. I had a blast but having an instructor run one at the limit was the highlight. Miller Motorsports Park (or whatever it is called now) is such and awesome facility!

There was an ST class going on the same time on the west track. The instructors said the raptor course is great, too. Couldn't believe how hard the drivers could push the gt350, and they stayed in sport mode and only went 80-90%!

Off to park city for mountain biking

Well, I just bought a Suburban that I won't drive one day past the warranty expiration. Learned from that mistake.

i take it youv had some bad luck with chevy? i tend to be one who keeps my cars till they start to self destruct, and my choice of vehicle reflects that since i dont want to be buying a new car any more frequently than i have to (at least my daily driver)

The first two were fine, but I got rid of them before 100k. Last one needed an engine, shortly followed by a transmission rebuild before it had 100k.

Yeah that's the new 8-series. Apparently an M8 is in development, too. That should cost what...$150,000?

Just stopping in real quick this morning to address TPMS issue and service guy showed me this. performance model 3 tucked away with MFR CA plates. Performance package and white interior!!! Available for test drives at Paramus and they just delivered their first Performance 3 yesterday. Didn’t get to test drive. Played with one in the showroom. Best car they make! The ergonomics for my medium average self is on point. At the lowest cost effective cost one can get one for, $42,500, one hella fucking car!

ADD: Playing around with the configurator, this one pictured, fully optioned is $80,500!!! (from color to autopilots). BASE performance 3D is $64k (black, black, base wheels, no perf pack, no AP). Base 3D is $53k. Base rwd model 3 is $49,000.
-Advertised 0-60 respectively: 3.5s, 4.5s, and 5.1,

You have to be out of your mind to pay $80k for that car. I know it’s all objective, but for that kind of money, I expect a car that does not look like the progeny of a bunch of generic Japanese and Korean sedans from 10 years ago, getting together and having a gang-bang. Tesla is screwed when Porsche comes out with the Taycan.

I guess I missed that.

Well this was in front of my office and has been spotted around Hoboken .. so I guess we know where the owner works and lives!
