This dining room set is made by Broyhill and is part of their Madison Lenoir collection. This set was purchased new from Royal Furniture of Port Jervis. It is in excellent condition.
Set includes the China Base, China Deck, Double Pedestal Table Top, (2) Upholstered Back Arm Chairs, (4) Upholstered Back Side Chairs, and (2) 18" Apron Leaves. Also included are the matching table top pad/protectors, along with those for the leaves. Leaves are stored in a custom storage bag. Table top is 64"x42" without the leaves and extends to 100" with both leaves.
The wood is in excellent shape. I am unsure about the type of wood, however it is extremely heavy. The China Deck does have interior lights.
Located in Milford, PA 18337 . Pickup only. We can help with the chairs, leaves, and pads, but the base, deck, and table will require dollies or multiple people to move. The set is located on the first floor of our house and there are three steps that will need to be dealt with.
