Bridge moved?

The slight descent right below where you can see Blackwells Mills rd from the blue trail, someone moved that bridge to the right. I don't ride with my phone and wasn't able to take pictures but it was moved, almost ended up taking a bath expecting to gain momentum for the other side. Just wondering if this was intentional or just ppl being dicks.

I believe Tropical Storm Cindy moved that bridge with ~3" of rain on Friday night. It's not the first time Mother Nature has moved it downstream.

I didn't see drag marks at all but if it has happened before that would be a good explanation.

hahahahha, exactly the same one. As I was braking I was like yeah, this water looks familiar.
