How do you bend brake rotors transporting in a vehicle? That's how I do it and never had a problem

How do you bend brake rotors transporting in a vehicle? That's how I do it and never had a problem

I lay it down rotor side and I'm careless with my front wheel since I transport it not mounted it slides around. Usually it's minor where it rubs the pad where a love tap sets it straight.
