This is more of a thought for hire than a job posting.

If we are out there trying to get jobs, find someone for the job, or just make some extra cash on a side job, then this post might mean something.

It would be nice if someone was able to teach repairs, save someone money, and maybe make some money at the same time.

Or hit up a Park Tool School at your local shop if they have one. We do mechanic's classes but are a little far from Howell.

Youtube has plenty of videos on how to fix flats, adjust deraileurs, clean bikes and other mountain bike stuff. It can be a little technical but you can watch it over and over and over....

REI in East Hanover, New Jersey will be hosting its first Park Tool Clinic. Join an REI Specialist for a series of in-depth bicycle maintenance classes. This 8 hour series over 4 days will cover topics including drivetrain service, hub and headset overhaul, tire and tube service, and brake service. The goal of the class will be to equip participants with the skills to perform a basic tune up on their bikes. Participants are invited to bring their own bikes to work on. Tools will be provided. Participants are encouraged to have previous basic bike maintenance experience (REI's Basic Bike Maintenance Free Clinic). Registration opens 8/24.
Classes are from 6:30 to 8:30 over two weeks on 9/14, 9/16, 9/21, 9/23. Registration is limited to 8 people, so act quickly. Visit www.rei.com/easthanover for details and more upcoming events.

Bike repairs are easy, this is not rocket science;)
The only thing I go to shop for is wheel truing...I don't find patience for it.
