Dang, Jason! I'm not that advanced yet, still doing extracts/grain brews. I've been upgrading stuff as I go along but I'm still on a stand burner but added in a Spike kettle last fall. I'm using a converted dorm fridge that perfectly fits a carboy w/ a control unit. I just fired it up to get to temp so I can get my starter going tomorrow evening for a brew on Friday....yeah know im cutting it close but work calls
