Labor day is over, which means back to school and back to group rides. Hopefully you where able to make it to Cranks a few weeks ago, there was plenty of group rides and a lot of mtbers who look out for each other, which is a great place to be. Put this on your calendar for next year, it has grown over the years to a must do event.

So, speaking of people who look out for each other, that thought sums up Chris Schilling, someone many of us knew in the cycling community, who was always very eager to help people. Sadly he died in September of 2014, however his good deeds and memories live on for those that knew him.

Please join us for the Schilling ride at Allaire, led by Mitch Gold, who was his long time wife, on Saturday September 15. This is a beginner friendly ride, we will split into smaller groups to accomadate the best pace for you. Pass the word along, bring a friend, even if you never met Chris, we all honor him and his family just by showing up.
