8/22 Today

Good ride tonight guys. Only 7 Miles but that's about all the sunlight was going to let us clock I guess. It was fun trying to keep up with your singlespeeds without changing gears. But ummmm yeah, NO! That was an extremely painful climb for sure.
 
good riding today, I tell you what it really hurt the lungs. Steve glad you were able to make it out. For all other mortals that are not going to Ringwood this weekend I would to a KVSP ride.

It got VERY dark when I split from you guys to head back to the lake. I'm going to start taking the light with me from now on...
