The new land manager at 6MR has confirmed that continuing the relationship with JORBA and the volunteer crew, is desirable.

@KenS and @jdog attended a meeting to discuss maintenance, some upgrades, and a new trail. General maintenance, and improvements to blue were approved. Other items were being put into process for assessment and hopefully approval.

A requirement that volunteer forms be completed, and hours be reported, would fall to us.

I'll add the form to this post later today.

A ton of work gets done silently, and I'm happy to keep your name off the board if desired, but I would like to report the number of people, with projects completed, and total hours on a quarterly basis. Perhaps a short article each quarter pushed out on the JORBA feed, here, and other local outlets (patch.com?) Might bring additional volunteers and JORBA members.

More info to come (ie power tool use)

Any ideas on reporting format? Google form? Just post? Dm/email/txt me?

Here is the attendance record sheet.
Looks like one for each person.

I could either
- share for edit to each person (i'd need to make an editable version)
- create a form to submit time
- you keep your own, send it in quarterly
- post here (pictures!)

Don't worry about the "value" column.

Thanks Pat for posting this.

BTW.. We are in serious need of volunteer trail trimmers.

No amount time/energy is too small here.
