6 Mile Run Conditions

conditions were great last night. a few small puddles in some areas.. all avoidable. We did a full loop!

Started a thread on this, gonna post it here as well.

There's a sharp object (looks like the bottom of a metal post) planted on the ground on red, 27 side, a couple hundred feet from the lot. See pics. I tried covering it up with logs as best as I could.

Hot and very crowded this morning. Makes you really appreciate quiet weekday sunrise rides and the "off season."

Did all of Blue out and back from Canal. Conditions are good, but a bit dusty and loose in the sunny spots (the usual). Hero dirt is probably gone by this time, but there was a bunch at 7am in the shade. Supposed to rain a buttload later this afternoon/evening.

Dusty as hail - I was a skidding fool. Shoulda had the 3in tire wheelset. Anywho, that rutted mess just before you get to the 27 lot is now a smooth rise - nice!
