I has no 26" bikes. Thankfully the bikes are at the other end of the basement.
Getting rid of the standing water should be easy, there's a simp pump pit about 5 - 8 feet away. Just gotta get all our junk off the floor.

Drain line from kitchen sink/dishwasher raining down from ceiling.

sucks!! this happened to my friend but was from the hot water feed to upstairs bathroom, when he came home from the diner, his whole kitchen ceiling had completely collapsed.... oh, 6 months before that, the main drain backed up and flooded his whole first floor....

Sounds like an easy fix, just don't use sink/dishwasher.

Things always happen in 3 ... so who is next with a stink pipe problem.... Way over due here. Septic tank is 50 yrs old. GF in Philly said her side neighbor pipe is erroding under the sidewalk. A side neighbor in philly means you share a common wall in the same building.
