26" front wheel/30.9mm seat post

Anyone have a extremely cheap (or free) 26" front wheel and/or 30.9mm seat post laying around? That's what's missing on an otherwise pretty clean Giant Boulder I found on a scrap pile. Thanks.

I have a 26" rim brake wheelset in my garage. IIRC, it's a Ritchey 9mm QR front hub and LX rear hub laced to Mavic 225? rims. I mostly just want them out of my garage to lighten my upcoming move, but I wouldn't object to a little cash in trade.
