This is my lightly raced, never crashed Van Dessel. I took a soft fall on my leg/hip in a parking lot at Flanders (LOL) but the bike was unscathed.
Absolutely fantastic race bike - very stiff, very comfortable. I originally ran EE brakes front and back, but swapped out the back for the SRAM original because it worked better. You'll get the full set of both to do with as you please. The SRAM has been flawless since install.
Bike, wheels and drivetrain were tuned by Hilltop Bicycles recently, but I will touch it up to make sure everything works smoothly.
