wanted to road bike in the catskills today but it was very windy and I had no road bike. I took the mtb to the trail head on 23 and went looking for the elm ridge trails as was recommened to me by windham outfitters that gave me a free map of the area. I missed the turn and got my 1st ftrip to the 3500 club. next time I just bring the runners as one hiker had the same sweet addidas light weight trail runnefs as me

srcp 2 days running

Ran at saddle river park two days in a row at lunch. Yesterday my droid tacked on an entire mile thereby skewing my pace faster

Car said 94 degrees so I don't feel so bad about the slow pace. Also go slower on the trail part as I sprained my ankle there earlier this year
