Rhodiola

Has anyone tried this stuff?

Typically, I don't buy in to a type of supplement that claims to do a LOT of things.

However, there are some official looking studies, specifically dealing with an adaptogenic benefits that this may provide:

Acute Rhodiola rosea intake can improve endurance exercise capacity in young healthy volunteers.

sherpa weed

A lot of mountaineers use it to help with the stress of elevation and stenuous endurance activity.
