Chris and I just got back from trail running at Hartshorne. It is wet and muddy. We did almost the whole park 9 miles or so and it is wet all over, top to bottom.

Chris and I just got back from trail running at Allaire. We did all of the orange, Steelman, Glass and some of the blue trail. It is wet. We saw mt bikers out. Probably 15 or 16 total, which was less than I expected. If it rains again tonight, tomorrow is going to be worse.

Hi Ladies. Chris and I are in Colorado on vacay which we planned to cross over with the USA Pro Challenge. We got to see the first ever women's USA Pro Challenge today. The women raced the same TT course as the men, up Moonstone Road. I am not sure what the actual grade is, but it was crazy...

It is super windy here today, we have not seen any TV coverage because we were out hiking, but I would imagine that is will have an impact.

We will be watching the pro tour live. We will see stages 3,4 and 5. I will try and post any cool stuff that we see. I think we are planning on getting a spot on one of the big downhill sections for the TT, so that could be interesting.

Nope, not us. We don't ride a tandem. Can you imagine what that bike would look like given that Chris is over a foot taller than I am! It would look like one of those kiddie trailer things. And we are on vacay in the wild west.
