the bike industry is fickle, 29, then 27.5, then 27plus. 11 speed then quickly onto 12 speed and don't even get me started with rim widths. Ride what you like. I'm more than happy to ride my Timberjack 27plus and like riding a 29er FS bike as well. Different types of bikes switch things up...

this was my worst fear, the lack off trail etiquette has always been a concern. Access was touch and go at Wiss in the 90s because of similar concerns. The small minority screws things up for others whether it be riding trails when conditions are poor or lack of respect for other trail users...

navigating around these 2 parcels of land is gonna suck, let alone the loss of some truly awesome trails in the closed sections.

we generally don't rake down south CCC/GCC/Ceres, only sections where leaves accumulate and lead to dangerous conditions, like a rocky chute for example. The leaves get packed down pretty quickly and eventually mulched. It's always a debate but at least at CCC(most heavily used trail system)...
